In its 28th summer, this camp offers professional instruction by certified teaching specialists in the following areas: musical instruments, rock band, jazz band, dance, ceramics, painting, drawing, theater, TV production, disc jockey instruction, swimming, creative writing, and fashion/modeling. Curious Jane is a program for 3rd through 6th grade girls, offering multiple one- week sessions with themes like animal nature, energy, why buildings stand up, and toy design.
Blue Tree is a program for girls in 7th through 12th grades, offering 2 two- week sessions with day and residential options. Girls choose from courses like product design, fashion design, dance and choreography, creative writing, public art, problem solving, and service.

Philadelphia Freedom Schools (PFS) provide year round literacy enrichment programming for students in grades K-12. The program exists to build intellectual, cultural, civic and political capacity of children and young adults in order to make meaningful change in themselves, their families, their schools, communities and larger society.
Each summer, children throughout the city of Philadelphia have the opportunity to engage in a curriculum designed with books and lessons that reflect their own images and experiences. The curriculum also explores pathways to stronger futures.

For the past 22 years, the St. Joseph’s University Summer Reading Center has provided area children with individualized assessment profiles and daily small group instruction in literacy during a five week summer program. Students ranging from struggling readers to those in need of enrichment and challenge are served. Participants range from Kindergarten through Eighth grade.

This is a nature based camp for children and teens ages 4 through 18, located on over 300 acres of forested lands that encompass fields, streams and five ponds. These unique, week-long and nature-based programs run from June 16 through August 15 and involve hiking, crafts, storytelling, fieldtrips and spontaneous nature explorations.
