What is the Friends of CPS?
Composed of young, energetic, socially-aware Philadelphians, Friends of Community Partnership School (CPS) is a volunteer committee and a larger group of young professionals dedicated to furthering the mission and vision of CPS.
By informing other young professionals about CPS, by involving them in a broad range of special events and activities, and by involving our peers and colleagues with volunteer and other forms of support, we seek to help close the achievement gap that currently plagues Philadelphia. Through direct involvement with students, we see the immediate positive impact our presence and enthusiasm can have on a child.
