Community Partnership School's mini-musicians are busily practicing for their performance in the upcoming Spring Community Concert, taking place on Saturday April 10th at 1:00 pm at Abington Friends School. The community concert, which will benefit the CPS Violin Program, will also include performances from student choral, strings, and orchestra groups from Abington Friends School, Germantown Friends School, Chestnut Hill Academy, and Got Strings! The event, organized by CPS music teacher Beth Dzwil, will also include a special collaborative number, involving all the student musicians. All are welcome to attend this fun, free event- click here to view or print a flyer with all the details. The performance is particularly exciting because Ms. Dzwil plans on unveiling the third and fourth grade's violin skills. As seen below, the upper grades have been hard at work to master the new instrument.
