Upon opening the shipping box & removing the units, only 19 were visible & removed. Re-inspecting the box, the 20th was discovered between the bottom flaps of the shipping box. This laptop has more-substantial chassis damage than the other units, presumably as a consequence of being jostled/placed in the less-protected bottom flap area. It still powers on to the post-powerwash screen, and appears to have no screen damage.
